Lansing-area patients: see Dr. Fatteh by video

Our Lansing office on S. Pennsylvania Ave. has closed, but you don't have to drive to keep seeing Dr. Saif Fatteh. Book a secure video visit from home, or see him in person at our Mt. Pleasant office.

How video visits work

  1. Book online. Choose the Video visit tab on our booking page and pick a time. New and existing patients can book.
  2. Get your link. We send you a secure link for your visit by email or text.
  3. Join from your phone or computer. Find a private, well-lit spot. Dr. Fatteh may ask you to show the area of concern on camera or send photos ahead of time.

What works well by video

  • Follow-up visits for acne, eczema, psoriasis and rosacea
  • Checking how a treatment is working, and adjusting medications
  • New rashes and many other skin concerns that can be seen clearly on camera
  • Prescription refills and reviewing lab or biopsy results
  • Excessive sweating and hair loss consultations

When you'll need to come in

Some care has to happen in person: full-body skin cancer checks, evaluating a changing mole, biopsies, wart treatment and other in-office procedures. For these, we'll schedule you at our Mt. Pleasant office, about an hour north of Lansing on US-127.

You need to be located in Michigan at the time of your video visit.
